How do I access support? Do I need a referral?
Many families self-refer by contacting us directly by phone, email, through our website, or by visiting our centre. Our team will have a conversation with you to better understand your situation and explore what support may be the best fit for your family. You can refer yourself here.
Health professionals and other support workers can also refer families to Olivia’s Place.
Can I come in to pick up baby items or supplies?
Olivia’s Place is not a stand-alone material aid service. Families first engage through our Family Support Program, which focuses on social and emotional wellbeing alongside practical support. Through this program, our team may also provide material aid where appropriate.
We also operate Little Livvy’s Place, our affordable baby and children’s op shop, offering low-cost clothing, toys, and essentials for families needing extra support.
