PLEASE NOTE: Material assistance is provided in conjunction with the Family Support Program and we are unable to provide material items as a stand alone service. If you are requiring material assistance only please refer to our list of material assistance options in our community.
This form can only be submitted by the person who would like to receive the support - if you are looking for support for a friend or family member then you need to ask them to complete this form.

What is Olivia’s Place?
livia’s Place is a not-for-profit organisation that provides free support to families during pregnancy and the first year of their baby’s life.
Our Family Support Program offers connection, education, advice, emotional support, and practical guidance to help families feel confident and supported during this important time. -
Who can access Olivia’s Place services?
Any expectant or new parent or guardian in our local community is welcome to access our services. Support can be requested directly or through a referral from a health professional or support service. The only eligibility criteria are a current pregnancy or a child under the age of one.
