Solange has 15 years of experience in relationship management across government, charities, and community services. She runs a Melbourne-based consultancy that strengthens collaboration between business, government, and not-for-profits, and serves on committees advocating for migrant, refugee, women’s, and children’s groups, ensuring fairness and access for all.

Her first connection with Olivia’s Place was as Victoria Manager for GIVIT Listed, where she supported material aid services for families in need. Solange brings a broad, generalist approach to strategy, capacity building, and community engagement, helping guide the organisation’s growth and impact across Gippsland. She is passionate about fostering partnerships and initiatives that strengthen communities and improve outcomes for vulnerable families.
