Anthony Mutton is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director, and Managing Director with over 30 years in aged care, health, and the not-for-profit sectors. He has served as Chair of The Mayflower Group, Edith Bendall Lodge, and currently Olivia’s Place, while also holding board roles with San Carlo Homes for the Aged, the Myotherapy Association of Australia, and Seafood Industry Victoria.

Since 2003, Anthony has been Managing Director of City Fresh Wholesalers, growing it from start-up to $4.2M annual revenue. He holds an MBA, governance qualifications from AICD and Harvard Business School, and is a Fellow of AICD, FGIA, and FTIA. Known for his values-driven leadership, he brings financial acumen and strategic clarity to every role.
