Get dressed up, have some fun and support young Gippsland families at Olivia's Place 10th annual gala dinner and charity auction.
The event will be held at Larder Park on Saturday, August 31 2024.
The signature event serves as Olivia's Place's primary fundraiser, vital for sustaining family support and material aid programs across Gippsland for parents and babies in their first year.
"Together, we can make a profound impact and ensure they receive the support and resources they need during their most vulnerable times," Olivia's Place operations manager Pheba Daniel said.
Olivia's Place was established in Warragul to offer social and emotional support as well as essential items such as infant and maternity material aid. Now based in Drouin, the registered charity has become a lifeline for hundreds of families across the six Gippsland shires.
The gala dinner and charity auction gathers 300 attendees annually to unite in championing Olivia's Place's mission of ensuring every baby receives the best start in life.
"The gala dinner is not just a fundraising event; it's a celebration of our community's generosity and commitment to supporting families in need," Ms Daniel said. "The funds raised directly enable us to continue providing essential services to over 200 families each year, and with your support, we aim to extend our reach even further."
The inspiring night offers a charity auction, entertainment, gourmet dining and heartfelt testaments from volunteers and staff. It also provides an opportunity for businesses and individuals to contribute meaningfully to the community they serve.
Whether you are familiar with Olivia's Place or not, you are invited to attend the gala dinner. Reserve a table with friends for an enjoyable winter evening of entertainment and fun.
Tickets are $165 for a single or $1600 for a table of 10.
They are now available online at 2024-charity-gala.raiselysite.com or by calling Olivia's Place on 5622 1022.
"We deeply appreciate the ongoing support of our community, whose generosity allows us to be the village to support our local families," Ms Daniel added.
